DHL Express U.S. CEO Greg Hewitt joins us to discuss Amazon's effect on the shipping and logistics industries. Hewitt says the e-commerce giant is challenging more traditional businesses like his to rethink supply chain models. He says he sees them more as a "continued good partner and customer" than a competitor at this stage. As for Amazon's announcement of its new Key service, Hewitt says building something similar isn't on DHL's docket for the holiday season, but he does call it "interesting" and says it's something certain consumers might be drawn to. Hewitt also tells us about DHL's recent study in partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America, which studies the fashion industry and its evolving supply chain. Hewitt says new models will be less linear and more evolving, with designers staying at the center of the process.
