October 16, 2020 marks the 75th annual World Food Day. It is a day originally created to memorialize the founding of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, but it has since become a day where we take a look at important issues like climate change, food insecurity, and the shifting challenges facing our food systems. We welcome in Danielle Nierenberg, a world-renowned food expert and the founder of the research organization Food Tank, to discuss World Food Day and a host of other important issues.
