Dow closed up 400 points after the most volatile week in two years. Lance Humphrey is an executive director of global multi-assets for USAA and joins Cheddar to break down the market news.

Humphrey says that while interest rates have been rising, it is not necessarily because of inflation. Humphrey explains that interest rates are rising most likely because of strong markets nationally and globally.

When asked if this is still a bull market, Humphrey says overall the market is strong. Earnings have continued to be positive.
