Drew Barrymore will no longer host the upcoming National Book Awards ceremony. The National Book Foundation said the decision to drop Barry Moore as host of the literary event came quote in light of the announcement that the Drew Barry Moore Show show will resume production. Barry Moore announced on Sunday that she will begin taping the fourth season of her show despite ongoing Hollywood writers strikes which have kept multiple productions on hold. The National Book Foundation said as a result, they have quote rescinded, Miss Barry Moore's invitation to host the 74th National Book Award ceremony. The event is set to take place on November 15th in New York City.
