The Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack could have some very serious consequences if the system isn't back online sooner than later. Morgan Wright, chief security advisor at SentinelOne, added that the airline industry in the eastern U.S. could face some of the biggest fallout from the hack. "It can take up to six months to fully remediate, get rid of all the bad stuff that's in there, and get back to the way they were the day before this happened. So, for Colonial, they still have a long road to go," he told Cheddar.
