Electric Last Mile Solutions has made its Nasdaq debut via a SPAC, and according to co-founder and CEO James Taylor, the speed at which the electric vehicle industry is changing, coupled with how major companies are committing to adopting EVs, made it the perfect time to launch an IPO. Taylor said the company competes by pioneering the commercial electric delivery space while its own rivals still run gas-powered vehicles. The stock popped in its debut at $11.10 a share.
