Extend Wants to be the ‘AppleCare’ for Online Retailers

Extend is a startup that offers online retailers warranty programs for their customers and its just secured fresh funding. Extend has raised $16.4 million in a funding round led by GreatPoint Ventures. It’s also buying part of Affinity Insurance Service, an affiliate of insurance giant Aon. Woodrow Levin, Founder and CEO of Extend, joined Cheddar to discuss.
