And the family of the man killed by the FBI after allegedly posting threats against President Joe Biden on social media are speaking out claiming he would not have acted on the threats. 74 year old Craig Robertson was killed as the FBI attempted to serve a warrant to his home in Utah on Wednesday. The warrant claims Robertson made direct threats to President Biden's life. In a lengthy statement posted on Facebook, the Robertson family wrote quote as an elderly and largely home bound man. There was very little he could do but exercise his first amendment right to free speech and he's never and would never commit any act of violence against another human being over a political or philosophical disagreement.
