And the FDA has notified three baby formula makers for failing to put adequate enough measures in place to prevent a chance of contamination by heart racket, Mead Johnson nutrition and Perrigo Wisconsin received letters saying they didn't do enough to determine the cause of formula that tested positive for chrono bacteria. Four infants were hospitalized and two of them died after contracting the bacterial infection from powdered baby formula late last year and the beginning of this year, all three makers were called some formula. And after the FDA noticed that Perrigo issued a statement saying, quote, we are in the process of carefully reviewing the FDA letter and plan to work with the agency closely.
