Fire in E-Bike Shop Kills Four People in New York City

Four people are dead. Several others hurt after a fire broke out in a New York City e bike shop yesterday and spread quickly to upper floor apartments. Police say two men and two women were killed. Two other women were taken to the hospital. They are in critical condition. A firefighter was also hurt. Investigators say the fire was caused by a lithium ion battery which led to an explosion. Officials say the shop had been cited in the past for safety violations related to the storage and charging of batteries.
