The nation's largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network is now making history. Last year Big Brothers Big Sisters of America announced its first black CEO in its 116 history. Artis Stevens is bringing 25 years of leadership to the role. He's planning to implement new programs and initiatives focusing on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. Artis Stevens joins us to talk about his future goals and initiatives for the organization and what it means to be the first black person to hold the position.
