Former proud boy leader Enrique Tario was set to be sentenced today for his role in the January 6th, 2021 attack on the US Capitol. But the hearing was canceled. The US Attorney's office said the decision not to hold. The sentencing was made quote due to an emergency. The US Marshal service went on to tell reporters the sentencing was canceled because the presiding judge is out sick.
