Fourth Person Arrested in Bronx Daycare Case

Fourth person has been arrested in connection to the death of a one year old who died earlier this month due to suspected fentaNYL exposure at a Bronx Day Care Center. Felix Herrera Garcia was captured in Mexico's Sinaloa region after being on the run for a week and a half. Now before that, Herrera Garcia was last seen carrying bags out of the back alley of the day care center that was on September 15th. His wife, day care owner Gray Mendez and another man. Carlito Aceto Brito were arrested and charged with order of depraved indifference. They are accused of storing the drugs at the day care including a kilo of fentaNYL that was found on the children's play mats. This past weekend, police also arrested 38 year old Rennie Antonio Parra Perez who is accused of conspiring to distribute narcotics.
