Meredith Verdone, CMO of Bank of America, and relationship expert Melanie Ross Mills discuss Bank of America's first-ever "Friends Again" report, which studies what happens when you mix friendship with money. At least half of consumers admit to seeing a friendship end over money owed. With the report, Bank of America also announced "Pay Back A Friend Day" on October 17th, in celebration of integrating the person-to-person function of payment services company Zelle into its app, allowing you to pay back your friends directly.
