Futures Point Mostly Higher on Extended Unemployment Benefits

U.S. futures trading mostly higher this morning after action from President Trump over the weekend. He signed four executive orders extending unemployment benefits, including continued payments of up to $400 per week, as relief negotiations stall in Congress.
