General Motors reported better than expected earnings on Tuesday, despite warning investors in July that profits might decline in the second half of 2017 due to production cuts for slower selling cars. Efraim Levy, Analyst at CFRA Research, joins Cheddar to discuss what he sees as a growth opportunity for the automaker. He says GM is the leader of the pack when it comes to sedan car sales and sees its future in electric vehicles being strong. Plus, Tesla is now building a factory in China. How does this impact General Motors? Levy doesn't seem to think it will. He says GM should have no concerns about the news, as it will be years before Tesla can catch up.
