The Joe Biden campaign is putting forth a plan for tuition-free public college for all families with incomes below $125 thousand. The proposal is estimated to cost nearly $50 billion in just its first year; but according to a new analysis from Georgetown University, the plan will actually end up paying for itself within the next decade.
