Georgia Supreme Court ruled yesterday it would uphold the state's abortion ban. The High court struck out a previous lower court ruling that argued the state's restrictive abortion law was invalid since it was approved in 2019. Before Roe versus Wade was overturned. Georgia's Supreme Court decision means that abortions will remain banned in the state with limited exceptions. After the sixth week of pregnancy, Supreme Court sent the case back to a lower court to consider whether the ban violates Georgia's privacy law.
