Let's go overseas. Earlier today, Germany's government approved a new plan legalizing some recreational cannabis use. Currently, it is against the law for Germans to buy cannabis but not to use it. The new plan would allow adults over 21 to purchase up to 25 g of cannabis a day and up to 50 g per month for personal use from licensed private sellers. Adults aged 18 to 21 can buy just 30 g a month. The country's parliament still has to approve the plan. But if they do this would make Germany the largest European country to legalize marijuana.
