The German government is paving the way for the legalization of recreational cannabis for adults, although many details must be first squared away with the EU law, the legislation would allow adults to possess up to 30 g of marijuana. It would also allow limited amounts of cannabis to be grown and sold to adults and licensed specialist shops. But Germany's health minister warns many hurdles remain.
