The hits just keep coming for Facebook. On Monday things went from bad to worse after three of its largest platforms crashed. Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp all suffered global outages that lasted more than six hours and impacted more than 3.5 billion users around the world. This all comes as Facebook whistleblower Frances Hogan testifies before the Senate accusing the company of prioritizing profits over the public good.
