Parents will be able to have a helper when it comes to pushing their child’s stroller thanks to GlüxKind Technologies. The tech company has announced an AI-powered, self-driving stroller. Glüxkind Develops Self-Driving AI-Powered Stroller

buckskin says it's offering the world's first ai powered parent assist spark stroller. The company says it allows parents to explore the world with their baby comfortably safely and stress free. It also includes electric motors and sensors that help it up steep roads and sidewalks and watch for obstacles and alert whoever is pushing. It also has a feature that lets it drive itself. So joining me now are the co founders and hunger and kevin, Wong Kevin also serves as a Ceo and is the C. T. O. And it's my understanding that you two are a married couple as well. I think that's a yes. So it's great. It's great to have you on the show. Um, wasn't your own life experience that caused you to come up with this product? Yes, it definitely was. Well, first of all, thanks for having us kristen. So yeah, kevin and I, we are married and we started coming up with this product based on our own experience when I was pregnant with our daughter in 2019. This was the first time we kind of entered the stroller market as a consumer and we thought we could definitely put something better that's more supportive than anything that's out there at the moment, kevin, I want you to walk me through how this technology works and with your daughter that both of you share, you must feel really comfortable that the technology is safe. Yeah, definitely. We're taking a lot of the more common as well as mature technologies that were pretty, that are that we take for granted on a daily basis that are in cars and bringing it to the stroller platform. So something like something basic like automatic braking. Um, so that when you're on a hill, the stroller doesn't run away. Is something that has been really helpful for parents as well as giving that drive driver assist system like almost like an e bike that it really helps parents to go navigate up and down hills without worry as well as effortlessly has been tremendous in terms of bringing more joy to parents lives. And we do use our prototype at this point on the weekends when we go out and explore with our daughter. Okay, so I think that prototype and and kevin is right behind you. So, and if you can yeah, share share more with us about the stroller that we see in the background. Um Yeah, well you already gave a perfect introduction about the features that we're including. So we designed this roller for real life um, kind of beyond all the safety standards that are currently applied to shoulders and as you said, like we offer push and brake assist so we really want to relieve all that stress and hassle from parents. Make the support here actually supportive and allow parents to save their physical and mental energy for their interactions with their kids rather than spending it on on the stroller. How will the software upgrades work kevin? Is that just gonna be an over the air upgrade that will update the stroller and for what age groups is the stroller at least the prototype meant for now. Yeah, so it does over the air updates just like it's essentially like a mini Tesla um and it goes for a bassinet and seat it goes up to £50. So between around 3 to 4 years old of age um depending on the size of the child. Yeah, the back let that you see behind us here is for a newborn, usually parents use it up to four months and then I would switch to the feet that we also would supply with the purchase of the stroller and that as kevin said, can be used into the child outgrows that it's like 34 years of age. Uh huh. So and talk to me more about the price point here, I know obviously you have to switch out the bassinet for different periods of the child's life depending on their age and weight. How much will this cost consumers and how do they get their hands on one of these? So we're targeting a price point of $3600 at this point in time. We do allow parents to do place their pre orders on our website right now and we will be launching this product at c as in las Vegas in january. The goal to deliver it into the hands of parents early Q two of next year. And kevin, just quickly, how are you planning to acquire customers? What's the marketing strategy? So currently right now it's mostly based on word of mouth and as well as like social media. Um Thus far we've already have quite a few pre orders already for our production unit. But what you see here is the prototype, but the production unit will be quite a bit smaller as well as lighter and built with production processes. So it's very safe and certified and ready for a real day everyday use. Oh my gosh, well please come back on the show. This is so cool what you're doing.
