GM EV Battery Plant Employees to Unionize

Workers at a g. M. Battery plant in Ohio voted to unionize yesterday, following two days of voting, the new chapter of United Auto Workers will be the first E. V battery plan to unionize in the country. Now, the vote gives the union the green light to expand its membership into the E. V. Space across the U. S. Now, automakers plan to open dozens of battery plants in the coming years, and there are currently 900 workers at that plant in Ohio, with 710 of them voting in favor of unionization.
