Google Aims To Finalize Fitbit Acquisition Amid Antitrust Issues

Google has its eye on Fitbit but antitrust concerns are preventing the tech giant from crossing the finish line. The $2.1 billion dollar acquisition that was announced in November, would add wearable devices to Google's offerings as well as an opportunity to expand into health-care. The deal is currently under investigation by the Justice Department's antitrust division. We spoke to Shana Glenzer, Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Diligent Corporation.
