Healthiest States in the U.S.

A new study has identified the healthiest states in the US. The Lighthouse Dental Center used data from the CDC and created rankings based on factors like air quality, obes city, physical activity, smoking and drinking habits, food consumption, number of intact t even and sleeping patterns. In fact, that's the first I think coming out on top as the number one healthiest state in the country. Colorado with the lowest levels of poll and lowest rates for illness. Second place Hawaii, third place Vermont and as for the least healthy states of the bottom of the rankings. 48th place Louisiana, 49th place Kentucky and last I say not least, but it is West Virginia was ranked as the least healthy state in America. You know, we've seen these come out a lot and it's always the same state that seem to fare well and not so well. I was in Colorado recently, Hannah. You might remember three weeks ago that is some fresh air. Ok? Like now every morning, I hate to say it, but I can feel the pollution and the effects on my skin after breathing that fresh mountain air was good. So you're endorsing Colorado. I'm with you here. I'm endorsing Colorado. I can't not endorse Hawaii. That sounds nice. And Vermont's lovely as well. And maybe we should take a road trip, a weekend trip. One of these, maybe a cheddar needs to know.
