Millennial homeownership may be more difficult now than it was 30 years ago but the American dream is still standing strong. New data from realtor.com found millennials have purchased a larger share of mortgages than Gen Xers or baby boomers in the U.S. since early 2017. While barriers of entry to the home market like student loan debt and delayed marriage make it more difficult to buy a home, millennial Bobby DiFazio was able to buy his first home at age 23.
