Elsewhere, former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was back at the White House yesterday, it was Clinton's first public event at the White House in more than six years since the Obama administration. She joined First Lady Joe Biden for an annual awards ceremony honoring the Japan Art Association's premium imperial Laureates Clinton and her husband, former president, Bill Clinton first celebrated that event at the White House back in 1994.
