Hilton Grand to Buy Bluegreen Vacations

Hilton Grand vacations said today they are in the process of purchasing blue green vacations in a $1.5 billion deal. Each of the companies market and sell timeshare properties across the globe. The deal will increase Hilton Grand's membership base from about 525,000 up to more than 740,000 with an increase in properties from 150 to close to 200. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2024.
