House GOP Proposes $14.3 Billion Israel Aid Bill

House Republicans have proposed a plan to provide $14.3 billion of aid into Israel. The bill would cut the same amount of funding from the internal revenue service. House Speaker Mike Johnson said he plans to call Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer to discuss the plan. The GOP proposal comes after the White House asked Congress for 100 and $5 billion package which would include funding for both Israel and Ukraine.
