This week has been a big one for voting rights in Washington across multiple branches of the government. The House passed the 'For the People' act late Wednesday night which includes a slew of new voting reforms, but across the street the Supreme Court heard a voting case out of Arizona that could see the conservative majority gut the Voting Rights Act by making it easier for states to enact laws restricting access to the ballot.
