The Glimpse Group's KaBaQ technology allows diners to see the food on their plate before it's actually there. Bentovim says restaurants using the technology have seen dessert sales go up 34%. Additionally, Bentovim is excited about the future of virtual reality and augmented reality, thanks to the technology now readily available on every smartphone. According to Bentovim, Apple is leading the way in augmented reality.
