She said she's been part of the group for a decade after being diagnosed with cancer at 22 years old. "Finding a community like Cycle for Survival is invaluable," she said. "I felt like I wasn't alone. There were other young cancer patients and survivors at the events, and you just feel like you're doing something proactive and working towards a common goal."
