While Amazon's Jeff Bezos is gearing up to launch into space on his Blue Origin rocket tomorrow, small, local retailers here on Earth are struggling to compete with the e-commerce giant's reign. While beating out Amazon may be tough, Eric Cortellesa, investigative editor at the Washington Monthly, believes there may be a solution to help level the playing field, and it starts with the USPS.
