In the midst of one of the most challenging times for the U-S hotel industry, one hotel is preparing for a pandemic opening. The brand new Hyatt Regency in Frisco, Texas, which features 303 rooms across 18 stories and cost over 100 million dollars to build, is set to open its doors on June 1.
