HyperX, which makes a range of gear for gamers, has unveiled a new high-end microphone and line of headsets at CES. Daniel Kelley, director of corporate marketing, said the HyperX Quadcast microphone was designed to produce excellent audio quality while broadcasting, while the Cloud Orbit and Cloud Orbit S headsets have head tracking technology to give gamers a more immersive experience. While the gear is targeted to pro gamers, Kelley said there are also applications for more casual use. "Much like Nike will design a shoe for Lebron and then they take that technology down to the average consumer, we do the same thing on the gaming side."
