Now all of a sudden she potentially could be nominated for an Oscar in an NC 17 movie is just sort of unprecedented to sort of say those words there. I can't wait for this movie. We've been talking about it for years after me as well. Meanwhile, with just a little over a month away for Black Adam's release date, Dwayne the rock johnson. He's ramping up promotional duties which is why the actor touched down at the Rams bills game on thursday night. He brought new trailer out to fans to check out as well. Take a look at this. C. Doesn't even see stacked up compared to marvel. It's been mismanaged forever and you're sort of creating this new superhero with one of the most bankable stars on the planet in the Rock. What do you do in terms of promotion that kickoff to the NFL season on primetime audience in front of like 40 million people. You have the rock sort of present what Black Adam is by the way the rams got killed last night by the Bills last night. The trailer, millions of views and a lot of dc fans and one of them are kind of speculating what the movie is going to going to be about. Black Adam is a villain typically in the comic books but the way that trailer made it seem it is more of a hero. So they're going in a different direction. It's gonna be interesting to see. It is a new era for D. C. It's a totally new era for D. C. But look based off of how they're trying to set this up. It looks like they're really thinking that this is gonna be a big success for them. The Handmaid's Tale is coming to an end the series starring Elizabeth Moss has been renewed for 1/6 and final season ahead of its season five premiere on Hulu. The Handmaid's Tale creator and showrunner Bruce Miller saying in a statement, quote, we are grateful to hulu and MGM for allowing us to tell the story which unfortunately has remained as relevant as ever throughout its run and are in all of our incredible fans for their unwavering support and without whom we never would have gotten to this point. End quote Miller developing a follow up to the series titled The Testaments The Handmaid's Tale has garnered a lot of attention due to the dystopian tales themes. It has racked up 15 Emmys with 75 nominations in total. Season five premiere september 14th on Hulu. I mean look this show is legendary, I dare I say iconic, I haven't seen it for one reason I read the book and just picturing it used to get me so mad while I was reading the book. So I think seeing it visually would just send me he he went on to basically say that they've been planning for this when the show sort of started on how they were going to end this particular show. Um and it is sort of interesting in terms of the irony that it's ending around you know, when they overturned as well. But you have to think when this show premiered five years ago Elizabeth Moss obviously was a star but it catapulted her to superstardom in terms of one of the most acclaimed actresses on the planet because she won surprisingly, I think it surprised lot of people when she won the Emmy the first season came out and then Hulu won the Emmy for best drama for this show. Also given the fact that netflix was spending billions of dollars on on dramas and all these other shows thinking that they were going to get the coveted Emmy for the drama category. And Hulu surprised everybody with the Handmaid's Tale. I mean what a journey that show has been on and it's gonna be sad to sort of see it be over. But obviously Elizabeth Moss has been catapulted into superstardom because of it.
