Bieber Health Update
Justin Bieber is on the mend and making excellent progress after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome in June. Following the diagnosis, the Biebs took to social media to update fans and shockingly revealed that he had partially lost mobility in his face with the left side paralyzed, but in a new social post, he showed fans that he has regained control. According to the Mayo Clinic, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome can be triggered after a shingles outbreak, impacting facial nerves.
Fox Expands Hollywood Studio
Fox is clearing more ground in Hollywood in preparation for the expansion of its Century City lot. The studio is planning to build nine new soundstages and a brand new media campus all encompassed, all easily traversed with a transportation system. This comes as other major film studios have started to expand beyond the borders of Tinsel Town and California itself as other states offer production incentives and the Golden State struggles to meet the demand. Fox estimated that the new project will generate $9 million in revenue annually.
Affleck Reflects
Ben Affleck told The Hollywood Reporter that he's at a point in his life where he isn't prioritizing film opportunities over his family. Ahead of the release of his latest project, Air, he addressed some discrepancies about how he's perceived by the general public and talked about his role at his production company, Artist Equity. "I've found that people are taking me quite seriously," Affleck said. "One of the reasons I did it was, I'm divorced. I share custody. I don't want to go to Austin and New Orleans and Georgia anymore and not see my kids. It just doesn't work. These years are too important."
Nancy Mello, an animal communicator with Medium, joined Cheddar News to discuss how her love of animals led to a change from doing readings with people and spoke of her experiences and the process of helping animals. Mello also does a live pet reading in studio.
