She did this after the that seventies show actor was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for rape. Masterson was sentenced on September 7th for raping two women. In 2003. Phillips filed a petition on Monday in Santa Barbara Superior Court to end their 12 year marriage. Phillips and Masterson have a nine year old daughter together.
