Hope King goes inside Sonos' flagship retail location in the heart of Soho. It took Sonos 18 months to develop the space. The company even built a full-scale prototype in a warehouse before opening the flagship a year ago. The store features the seven "homes of Sonos," which are self-contained showrooms where customers can demo products. Whitney Walker, GM of Retail at the company, says the rooms are designed to really get you focused on the Sonos product experience.
