Cannabis company "hmbldt" is changing its name to "dosist." Co-Founder Jason DeLand joins Cheddar to tell us why the time was right for the change. He says it's to emphasize the brand's focus on using cannabis as a health and wellness tool. DeLand breaks down the widespread popularity of dosist's Dose Pen. He explains the different health maladies it aims to treat. These include: trouble sleeping, chronic pain, gastrointestinal troubles, and even one's love life. Finally, DeLand discusses the medical benefits of legalized recreational cannabis. He explains just how important the concept of proper dosing is to his company's mission.
