And Instacart has priced its long awaited IPO on the high end of expectations at $30 a share that values Instacart at around $10 billion on a fully diluted basis. The stock is launching today on the NASDAQ market under the ticker symbol C A RT. The 11 year old company saw a massive boom during the pandemic when many couldn't or didn't want to leave their house to get grocery items. It will be the first notable venture backed tech ipo in the US since December of 2021.
