As the number of vaping related deaths reaches 7, California is the latest state looking to crack down. Governor Gavin Newsom announced executive action Monday directing the state to spend about 20 million dollars on a public awareness campaign on risks related to vaping. Newsome also wants to raise taxes on e-cigs... and set up warning signs at retailers.
