It's one of the iconic images of the capitol attack earlier today, a jury found 62 year old Richard Barnett guilty on eight counts related to the capitol insurrection. He is a man in that infamous photo. He faces up to 20 years in prison for the top charge of obstructing an official proceeding. He's also facing other charges like entering and remaining in a restricted area with a deadly or dangerous weapon. Barnett will be sentenced in early May. Until then, he'll remain on home detention, though he has to wear GPS ankle so that authorities can monitor him.
