My reading this right. A puking bird that can't be right. Right. Has been named New Zealand Bird of the Century after a campaign by TV, host and comedian John Oliver. We love John Oliver Oliver campaign even knocked out New Zealand's traditional favorite bird, which of course is the kiwi that finished second in the contest. All of his campaign included erecting a billboard that read Lord of the Wings in the nation's capital Wellington and putting up other billboards around the world. He even dressed up as a bird during an appearance on the Tonight Show. The annual bird competition brings attention to New Zealand's native species species, many of which are endangered. They look absolutely beautiful too.
