In a ruling this week, a federal judge dismissed Elon Musk's lawsuit against an organization that studied hate speech on Twitter, saying the organization's reports were protected by the first amendment. U.S. district judge Charles Breyer said in the ruling yesterday that the suit "is so unabashedly and vociferously about one thing that there can be no mistaking that purpose. This case is about punishing the defendants for their speech."
