Judge Terry A doty however said parts of the government couldn't speak to social media companies for the purpose of encouraging or inducing in any matter the removal of deletion suppression and reduction of content containing protected free speech. However, it's worth noting that the government can still notify platforms about certain post detailing crimes, national security threats or foreign attempts to influence elections.
