A new Mexico judge has set the trial date for the woman charged over the shooting death on the set of the movie Rust. In 2021 the trial will begin December 6. You might remember Armor, Hannah Guterres Reid is charged with involuntary manslaughter and evidence tampering in the death of cinematographer Helena Hutchins Hodgins was shot and killed by actor Alec Baldwin on set prosecutors allege Guterres Reid failed to ensure the gun was loaded with dummy rounds. Involuntary manslaughter charges filed against Baldwin were dropped after concerns the gun was not working properly. Guterres Reid pleaded not guilty. She will face up to three years in prison if convicted.
