And a jury found that Ex Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby, guilty on two counts of perjury. Prosecutors said that Mosby falsely claimed to suffer financial losses from the pandemic in order to withdraw $90,000 from her city retirement account. She allegedly used the money to buy two homes in Florida. Mosby denies any wrongdoing, but she faces up to five years in federal prison for each of the two counts of perjury.
