Just Salad to Become First U.S. Restaurant to Label Menu Items with Carbon Footprint

Next week is Climate Week for those in New York City, and one fast-casual food chain is reinventing the menu to help make the earth healthier. Just Salad will be the first U.S. restaurant chain to label all of its menu items with a corresponding carbon footprint. Sandra Noonan, Chief Sustainability Officer for Just Salad, discusses how this initiative will work, and how an item's carbon footprint will correlate with its pricing.
