Ruth Bader Ginsburg is hearing oral arguments from home this week after the 85-year-old had two malignant nodules removed from her left lung in December. She is now cancer-free, and plans to return to work soon. However, her latest health scare has many--for better or for worse--thinking about the future of the court.
